    The Viking background was interesting, tying in some historical unknowns was interesting, the hybrid Zombie/Vampire parasite was a nice twist. The predictable ‘run around and get eaten while fighting back’ story while told in the first person dipped into repetitive and the love story/triangle was unnecessary.
