The Woman Next Door is a short manga horror story about a girl named Mimi. Mimi lives in a crappy apartment building and is fed up with the loud music always blasting from upstairs. When she goes to complain to the guy blasting the music the guy says to ask his neighbor about the loud sound.

It is a little strange, but honestly, that panel where the main character is looking at the ruler lady from outside the window probably has to be one of my favourites from Ito. This Mimi's Ghost Stories "The Woman Next Door" is based on the「怪談新耳袋」 "Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro" story #108 「隣の女」.
