This sours Lally on all men, while on vacation she meets Jack, who succeeds in stealing her heart. The trouble begins when Lally discovers that Jack is the son of Beth Chevers, her father’s illicit lover.
The picture quality is good and the sound quality is very good for a movie of this vintage. I liked this movie with the exception of the to neatly wrapped ending and it plays better than the sum of it's parts so for fans of Norma Shearer and early pre-code movies I recommend this film with a 3 1/2 star rating.
