The movie takes its name from the men's conversation about J.M. Barrie's "Peter Pan." The foursome can't decide if Peter Pan says it's the third star or the second star. The direction to Neverland, "second star to the right, and straight on till morning" actually comes from the Disney animated feature of "Peter Pan" (1953).
