Laser (Pom Klementieff) is a supervillainess from the 2021 Netflix film, Thunder Force. Laser is a Miscreant (a superpowered sociopath) who received her name due to her ability to shoot energy beams, and she was shown doing just that all over Chicago, with her havoc including firing at mayoral candidate William "The King" Stevens.
