Tobias Menzies is an English stage, television and film actor. He is best known for his TV roles as Brutus on Rome (2005 - 2007) and as Edmure Tully on Game of Thrones (2013). In August 2013, it was announced that Menzies would portray both Frank Randall and Black Jack Randall in the Starz adaptation of the Outlander series.
