Tom “Big Foot” O’Folliard. Thomas “Big Foot” O’Folliard was an outlaw cattle rustler and a friend to Billy the Kid. He was second-in-command in Billy the Kid’s Gang. Born to Irish immigrant parents in 1858, Thomas was orphaned as a boy when his parents died of smallpox. His relatives then raised him in Uvalde, Texas.
