Tom Papa Family. He was born in Passaic, New Jersey but raised in Park Ridge, New Jersey before his family relocated to Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Tom grew up alongside his sister Jennifer, who currently works for City Green which is a non-profit organization. He holds an American nationality by birth but belongs to the white ethnicity.
