With Samuel L Jackson, Tommy Lee Jones and Guy Pierce. Released in the year 2000. I wasn't in the military but I thought it was good. It's free on Pluto TV right now. Typical drama, but really good sound design. I still remember watching it when some guys started some kind of conversation behind us and to the right in the theater.
