What happens if Tonight or Never wins the costume voting? Question. I know the rules say a costume that's won two years in a row can't come back, but...why nominate it and put it up in the first place, then? Am I missing something here? Will it count as the winner? Or will the devs just ignore ToN's placing and pick the next costume in line?
