To apply for any permit, you must first register and then set up an online account. After you register you will receive an email with a link to verify your email address. You then need to set up an online account. Make sure you select ‘Resident’ as the customer type. Select the right visitor voucher type – paid or free (over 60s or carer).
Our new parking permits are ‘virtual’, paperless permits. This means that you will not receive a physical permit to put in your car.
