Toy Biz was a toy manufacturer. In the early 2000s they merged to form Marvel Toys, which itself went out of business in 2008.
Toy Biz purchased the toy license from Capcom USA in early 1997 ahead of the release of Resident Evil 2, and was announced at a licensing show in New York in June 1997 as covered in ToyFare magazine. Its license only allowed for figures from the first two games, of which three series of action figures were released. The license ran out in 1999 and ...
