To make a correction, the Utes mascot is actually a red-tailed hawk. Still no match for a PAC-12 cougar, but it does absolutely dominate the wimpy Provo cougars with ease. No way the Golden Bear wouldn't destroy all non-human mascots in the conference. Mike Leach is the best.

The phanatic is easily the best mlb mascot, but the san diego chicken transcends the MLB. Hell I'm from Canada and I was fortunate enough to watch the San Diego chicken work a game for the london werewolves who I think at that time were a low-A team.
