270 Park Avenue, also known as the JPMorgan Chase Tower and the Union Carbide Building, was a skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Built in 1960 for chemical company Union Carbide, it was designed by the architects Gordon Bunshaft and Natalie de Blois of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM).

The tower replaces the 52-story Union Carbide Building, built in 1960 and demolished in 2021. The old structure was the headquarters of JPMorgan Chase, which is using 383 Madison Avenue until it can move into the new building.

The building was demolished and replaced with a new 1,200-foot-tall (370 m) tower serving as the consolidated headquarters for JPMorgan Chase. At 700 feet (210 m) tall, the Union Carbide Building was the second tallest building in the world ever voluntarily demolished, after AXA Tower in Singapore.

Union Carbide Building is a high-rise office building located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It was designed by Natalie de Blois for Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. The address 270 Park Avenue was previously occupied by the 12-story, stone-clad Renaissance Revival Hotel Marguery built in 1917.
