At 20/20 Judaism, 51% of our speakers were women, and we were highlighted in an article in eJewishPhilanthropy for having 100% women keynote speakers at our Large Congregations Conference in 2019. We have already learned and grown from this moment and we will continue to use this as an opportunity to look inward to further examine our internal processes for engaging, gathering, and sharing stories of our community.
