The scholarships below are available to new transfer students planning to enroll full time at the University of Iowa during the 2024-25 academic year. Students pursuing a second bachelor’s degree are not eligible for these scholarships.
General Resources. The University of Iowa's Scholarship Portal (ISP) is a new resource which allows prospective, admitted, and current students to search our database of available scholarships.
Nonresident undergraduate first-year students who submit a complete application for admission by March 1 are automatically considered for the National Scholars Award. Scholarship awarding and amounts are based on outstanding academic merit (standardized test scores and GPA) and exceptional promise at the University of Iowa.
