Nov 22, 2018 · King Pup 1722 May 05 2023 8:40 pm An enjoyable movie if you’re a Ma Dong-Seok fan like me! It’s a movie with a straightforward storyline, with action and touches of comedy. Loved the post-ending scenes which showed that the perennial loser Ma finally made it big, after his investment in king crabs paid off, and it wasn’t a scam after all.
14K subscribers in the Koreanfilm community. Totally with you on that. Some of these I haven’t seen and some I just know I didn’t want to see eg Hard Hit. Like LaughingGor108 mentioned it’s a remake (the original was good) and the reviews on letterboxd (which are usually on point) said it was awful.
