Truly abysmal customer service. I ordered an item and was sent the wrong colour. I noticed that the tags were incorrect. I called customer service, they assured me they would resend one, check the tags, and ensure it would be the correct item. Two weeks later, sure enough, another item in the wrong colour was sent.

I have contacted customer service four times already and they tell me every time that the shipping department will be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. I WILL NEVER ORDER FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN! Date of experience : January 28, 2019
