   • The USA Rugby website www.usarugby.org has a section dedicated to membership. You can search for clubs and their rosters on the site under “Club Rosters”.    Does USA Rugby require a club registration fee?

   • No clearance/transfer is required. The club/team does not need to pay a club registration fee, nor does it require a coach. USA Rugby will currently also clear motley teams to participate on a one-off basis in a sanctioned event that is not utilizing Rugby Xplorer's Rugby Events functionality.
