The Summer Program offers production, editing, animation, screenwriting, interactive media, and film and television business classes. Applications for the 2024 Summer Program open on December 1, 2023, with the program dates of June 24, 2024, through August 2, 2024. Interested applicants ages 16+ and from around the world are welcome to apply.
In-Person (Ages 16+) Jun 24 - Aug 2 - Waitlist Available. An intensive camera, lighting and image design class for emerging cinematographers, producers, directors, editors and writers. Summer 2024 tuition at USC is $2,244.00 (USD) per unit. To determine your base tuition cost, multiply the collective number of units from your course (s) selection by the USC tuition value. The unit count for each class can be found in the course description. For example, a two-unit class would be $4,488.00 (USD) for tuition only.

After the application is reviewed, classes will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis upon acceptance. Therefore, we encourage students to apply early.
