Az egyezményes koordinált világidő vagy röviden koordinált világidő (angolul: Coordinated Universal Time; franciául: Temps universel coordonné; rövidítése: UTC) az a hivatkozási időzóna, amelyhez a Föld többi időzónáját viszonyítjuk.
A közép-európai idő ( angolul Central European Time, CET) annak az időzónának az egyik neve, amely 1 órával jár az egyezményes koordinált világidő előtt, vagyis CET = UTC + 1.
