  4. Mar 17, 2006 · V for Vendetta is an interesting film which warns about the dangers of totalitarianism. It isn't the most remarkable film; the story seems uneven in some areas. The pacing is off at times as well. There are many good aspects to this film though, mainly Hugo Weaving's stellar performance as V.

Albeit, this is a Wachowski Brothers revolution, meaning there must be wildly theatric heroes and crisply tailored CGI stunts all set comfortably in an oppressive Totalitarian society.
