1 day ago · Newbie. 05-07-2024 08:04 PM. Over the last couple weeks my Fios One reciever (VMS4100) seems to have completely stopped responding to IR commands. The Fios voice remote seems to still work (over Bluetooth presumedly) but the box is not responding to IR commands from any universal remote that I own. (I've tried both Sofabaton and Harmony).

In fact, every single morning when I wake up, my internet is completely out. I have to restart it just for it to work. And often when it does work, it gives me download speeds less than 5 mbp/s.
