The Best Time for a Visit. Visit Hong Kong late in the year for the best chance to enjoy Victoria Peak on a clear day. September to December are good months for a visit to Victoria Park. To avoid crowds but yet still enjoy summer weather, go in September after schools begin in the first week of September.
