  4. I know this is a very old thread, but one thing you can do is print to OneNote and then copy all pages (CTRL + A; CTRL + C) and paste them into Word. To split the pdf document, down load the free PrimoPDF utility and then use it to print one page of the pdf at a time to separate pdf files.
