The Elmsford Village Court is a local Justice Court located in Westchester County, New York with jurisdiction over the following Penal Law, Vehicle and Traffic, Parking and Village Ordinances and both Small Claims and Civil Court (up to $3,000.00). The Clerk's window is open for payments and questions from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
For Parking Tickets. To pay for your Parking Ticket you must first enter a WRITTEN PLEA OF GUILTY to the ticket(s) and submitted to the Court. In the sample Parking Ticket note the Guilty part at the bottom. Fill it out and send with your payment before the date on the SUMMONS.
