Poor customer service, Inaccurate prescription (gave me prescription 'readers' though I did not order that, am still waiting for the proper glasses to arrive). Very inaccurate billing to insurance; billed wrong insurance; tried to get me to pay additional $247 to get my glasses AFTER already paid in full.
Jun 28, 2021 · Here are some of my numerous complaints: - There is no disclosure on the website that you will not get a "full" eye exam at the Hummelstown location. Only when you get there do they tell you that the actual exam is performed remotely.
