PSA: there’s a fairly convincing “missing bandcamp order” scam going around. Worth keeping an eye out for, myself and a few artists I work with nearly got tricked by it. Scumbag scam alert! Bands and labels watch out for these “missing bandcamp order” emails. Confirmed scammer trying to (elaborately) claim refunds on records they never bought.

Date of experience: July 05, 2022. There are definitely scamming bands on bandcamp butI feel like its a bit disingenuous to call the entire site a scam because of one bad band. BC has great customer service for situations like yours, they could almost definitely get your money back.
