Synopsis. Khalid (Tiger Shroff), an Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agent, is assigned to eliminate Kabir (Hrithik Roshan), a former soldier-turned-rogue, who mentored Khalid. Col Luthra (Ashutosh Rana) is on a mission to bring Kabir to justice, who seems to be eliminating RAW targets all over the world.
