If you are in the top 10 percent of your graduating class or have at least a 3.6 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale, you are assured admission. A high school diploma is required, and a GED is accepted. Required high school core curriculum units:
College or university transfer. To be admitted to WSU as an international transfer student, you need to complete a minimum of 27 semester credits or at least 1 full year of study at an accredited post-secondary school. WSU requires a minimum grade point average of at least 2.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for admission as an international transfer student.

Application and Tuition Cost. Most applicants pay a $70 application fee, and the fee for returning undergraduate WSU students, certificate seeking, and non-degree seeking students is $35. If you are entitled to an application fee waiver, you’ll be able to claim it in the application form.
