Some are designed to help those struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, or PTSD, while others are based on positive psychology and aim to increase focus, happiness, and calm through mindfulness and meditation.

    According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), an estimated 48.3 million adults in the U.S. deal with some type of mental health condition each year.
