Open your web browser (IE/firefox/chrome etc) in the address bar, type 192.168.1.1 and a webpage should open asking for the username and password, these are both admin. This is where my memory falls down, you will need to find the current 27 digit code, and you will be able to change it.
Jul 21, 2011 · You should find a small white adapter in the box, this should be plugged into the phone socket on the livebox, your phone should then connect to the adapter. They come as standard with all liveboxes
Mar 11, 2009 · Enter your orange username and password in the boxes and then click validate. Wait a while for it to do its thing and then the status should be connected. If your livebox plays up it's worth doing the factory reset as orange customer services might talk you through doing it before they try other avenues.
