So I know where minotaurs come from (Greek mythology), but I don't really know where the term 'holstaur' comes from. It seems to solely refers to a female-only (except in very rare cases) race of monster girl that is MUCH more human than cow, as opposed to the half-human half-cow minotaurs... but I can't seem to find a definitive origin to them.
