The following Interactive Map of Route 66 in New Mexico includes the original 1926 to 1937 alignment through Romeroville, Pecos and Santa Fe (Santa Fe Loop) and from Albuquerque to Mesita via Peralta and Los Lunas. It also shows the later (1937) shorter alignment from Santa Rosa to Albuquerque through Moriarty.

Like many of its day, the motel fell into disrepair (although it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993) until it was purchased by the city in 2010.
