Jul 15, 2023 · Don't miss Penn Ave Fish Company. This area is very eclectic but all the stores really sell similar things. I expected to see small boutique shops on the Railroad Street, just one street below Smallman (the main street in the district). To me it looks like the area is trying to get a face lift. It really needs one. There are some great murals.
