There’s a mini documentary on the DVDs that shows how all the sets of the house and other locations fit together and how they did certain shots. Everything moves so they can get any angle. A lot of the sets don’t connect the way they do in the show. It’s really cool to see how they did a bunch of this stuff with such a small budget!

Sunnydale High School — Exterior scenes were shot at Torrance High School, at 2200 W. Carson Street in Torrance, California. The swimming pool in "Go Fish" take place at the University of Southern...While a makeshift cemetery was set up in the parking lot of the show's studios in Santa Monica, many cemetery scenes were filmed at the Angelus-Rosedale Cemetery, at 1831 W. Washington Boulevard. Tara's grave, seen in "Help," is at the Anthony C. Beilenson Park.
The Palmetto Street in Los Angeles is where the following scenes took place: Buffy finding the Dagon Sphere in "No Place Like Home," Buffybot with the Hellions in "Bargaining, Part Two," Willow and...The episode "Entropy" features the pedestrian mall shopping Third Street Promenade, in Santa Monica.In "Sleeper," the busy street in which Buffy follows Spike takes place in the Sony Pictures Studio.Other Buffylocations include, by order of appearance: 1. Sunnydale Natural History Museum — The episodes "Inca Mummy Girl" and "Smashed" feature the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, at 900 Exposition Boulevard. 2. Totally agree with the Willow/ Xander affair. I think Joyce is bad only because Buffy is supposed to have a secret identity. The older i get the more i dont understand why the watcher just dont go see Buffy's parents as soon as she's chosen.
Also, in season 7, Dawn is a freshman in high school. So, in season 8, Dawn is a freshman in college, which means about 4 years have passed. So Buffy is probably around 26 in season 8. Assuming season 8 is a full year like the previous seasons, then Buffy is currently about 27.
Giles opens up a small simple book store (no magic) called Little Anyas, Buffy opens up a womens only self defense dojo as a cover to train other slayers, Dawn goes to school to get a degree in let's say history, Xander starts a successful business making furniture, Willow continues her education and becomes a teacher, and Oz goes on to voices for Family Guy and Robot Chicken.
