Check the license for all fonts. It's exactly the same as an art asset, an audio asset, a track of music. Same things apply. You can find plenty of fonts, even very good ones, that are free in money and free to use for commercial projects. Google as a decent amount of fonts, but look also into open source they have plenty of great fonts.
I don't know much about typography, but at least it's better than Arial or Tahoma. I still have no idea why it's widely used in ads, labels, or front covers to give Thai impression (especially in foreign countries with Thai products). I mean, if you want to give them Thai impression, just use a 'proper' font.
