   • For my money, one of the nicer areas of the city is south Belfast and the Queen’s Quarter. This area is dominated by Queen’s University, so, there are a lot of students in the area, so it tends to have a good atmosphere. That being said, I would not want to move to the Holylands, which is an area with a very large student population.
