But S1 is a significant step in doing that, because it really does make it easier to absorb a very efficient workflow and create a mental image about what it is you actually need for your own work. Reaper is the Linux of the DAW world. The experience is much much much better when you are proficient with another DAW already.

Apr 12, 2024 · I don’t know about Reaper specifically, but probably all modern DAWs work in float nowadays. This defaults to 32 bit float. Your plugin can tell the host that it can process 64 bit floating point a.k.a. double.
