Angel has a kind and confident personality. She is the nicest of the junkyard dogs and treated as if she was Buster, the self-proclaimed leader's, girlfriend but she constantly denies this. Angel is a small and slender Pomeranian/Siberian Husky mix puppy. She has cream-colored fur, a folded left ear, a brown nose, a thick and fluffy tail, and blue eyes with long lashes. After being adopted by Jim Dear and Darling, Angel began wearing a large pink bow around her neck.
Angel once lived with five families, just when she felt like she had found a home, they all gave her up because they either moved, had a baby or an allergy. Angel's anger towards Scamp quickly vanishes and is replaced with panic when she sees that he has been caught and sent to the pound. She might have gone running into the pound after him if Scamp hadn't told her to leave lest she gets caught too.
Tramp and Angel run to the dog pound to rescue Scamp. Tramp is able to rescue Scamp from Reggie, who was in the same cage as Scamp. The Dogcatcher then appears, but Angel defeats him by biting his behind, causing him to hit a wall and get knocked out in his attempt to shake her off.
