     In a more serious tone, you should always consult to your lawyer, but it could be helpful if you read the annotated MPL 1.1 at: http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/MPL-1.1-annotated.html but it basically means that the files can be combined with proprietary files on a "larger work", still, it would be wise if you read the annotated version and consult it with a lawyer.

     I'm not sure about if you have doubts about Apache license since you mention it on the question topic but not in the body of your question.

     For a commercial software RPL is even worse than GPL.

     It is true that you have to publish your source code on any derivative work.

     Also in GNU web site it says:

     The Reciprocal Public License is a non-free license because of three problems. 1. It puts limits on prices charged for an initial copy. 2. It requires notification of the original developer for publication of a modified version. 3. It requires publication of any modified version that an organization uses, even privately.

     It names: Destructuring. It is super useful for handling objects ands arrays.

     I will try to give you a real example usage:

     Imagine you are working with a form, where you have to pass some fileds of information through it, and save it in your database.

     //Form:-Name: DonaldCity: USAAge: 45

     You will need to pass this data, in some object called 'formData':

     const formData = {name:'donald', city:'USA',age:45} -

     If you need to handle each object's element, you will have to write everytime:

     console.log(formData.name) // => donaldconsole.log(formData.city) // => USAconsole.log(formData.age) // => 45

     With destructuring, you can rename this elements in variables:

     const {name, city, age} = formData-

     You are assigning for each formData element a constant variable, easier to write and read it:

     console.log(name) // => Donaldconsole.log(city) // => USAconsole.log(age) // => 45

     In your case, element between commas, it will be skkiped:

     const array = [1,2,3]-const a,,c} = array;console.log(a) // => 1// b position will be skippedconsole.log(c) // => 3

     There is another feature part of destructuring: rest pattern (as @VLAZ said)

     [1,2,3,4] is an array literal.

     1,2 is two numbers with a comma operator between them, so resolves to 2.

     So you are getting index 2 (the third item) from the array.
