     In a more serious tone, you should always consult to your lawyer, but it could be helpful if you read the annotated MPL 1.1 at: http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/MPL-1.1-annotated.html but it basically means that the files can be combined with proprietary files on a "larger work", still, it would be wise if you read the annotated version and consult it with a lawyer.

     I'm not sure about if you have doubts about Apache license since you mention it on the question topic but not in the body of your question.

     Its not cURL, its HTTP, that allows a header User-Agent, that describes the user agent of the client.

     For a commercial software RPL is even worse than GPL.

     It is true that you have to publish your source code on any derivative work.

     Also in GNU web site it says:

     The Reciprocal Public License is a non-free license because of three problems. 1. It puts limits on prices charged for an initial copy. 2. It requires notification of the original developer for publication of a modified version. 3. It requires publication of any modified version that an organization uses, even privately.

     The purpose of using an identity column in Synapse is to create a unique key for each row while consuming a minimal amount of resources. This assumes you don't turn use SET IDENTITY_INSERT ON or reset the seed to override the default behavior. For the values to be unique, there is no requirement for a specific starting point or increment value. Including the (<seed>, <increment>)values in the command keeps the syntax consistent with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
