Wander Through Local Markets. Wandering through the local markets was one of my favorite things to do in Ankara. From the bright, vibrant displays of traditional Turkish spices and fruits to the rich, smoky aromas of freshly-cooked kebabs and baklava, the sights, sounds and smells only added to the experience.
