Hi, just received a very similar email about my Feedback case being resolved. An email came from: customer.relations@lufthansa.com - that seems legit. Also in the subject of the email was the number of my Feedback case = the EU261 claim for canceled flight and long layover. Asking for ID Proof (passport or Driving Licence) and IBAN bank number.

I got quite a ridiculous advise to just reply to the email and after further questioning of this idea a “senior advisor” suggested that I reply and ask some questions that only Lufthansa would know answers to, to check if it is a legit message.
