  2. Hi, just received a very similar email about my Feedback case being resolved. An email came from: customer.relations@lufthansa.com - that seems legit. Also in the subject of the email was the number of my Feedback case = the EU261 claim for canceled flight and long layover. Asking for ID Proof (passport or Driving Licence) and IBAN bank number.

Gave Lufthansa 30 days to get back to me and 60 days to resolve the issue. Surprisingly, Lufthansa sent me an email 32 days later coping the DOT.
