I like Encanto because, while I'm super white, I can identify with the personalities of the characters and the pressures they deal with. I don't particularly have a favorite even though Tangled is my comfort movie, because it's a feel good movie about a naïve girl who stands up to her gaslighting "mother".

There's not enough time between the fall of their home and the ending of the movie Tons of fans had issues with those things or something else, but along those lines, but I understand the writers' decisions. the big difference between tangled and Encanto is that, in tangled mother Gothel (not sure if I have the name correct), who kidnapped Rapunzel is labeled and releveled as a villain. In Encanto however everything seems peachy and nice.
