Apr 10, 2017 · I spoke with Wayne Rada, founder and curator of L.I.S.A. Project NYC, a 501(c)3 non profit organization that works in collaboration with the Little Italy Merchant’s Association. He explains how they started painting the town red (and blue, and green, and yellow, and pink, etc.), creating Manhattan’s first and only mural district.

Oct 2023 • Family. Our Little Italy Food Tasting Tour was a great way to experience an historic part of NYC. Our guide Vincent kept our group of 11 entertained and well fed as we walked many of the streets along Mulberry Street. We enjoyed sponge cake, two kinds of cannoli, gnocchi, cheeses, proscuitto, and, of course, NY-style pizza.
