You’ll discover you need a Staff crafted from a Dramenwood tree to enter the Lost City. Which is only found inside the dungeons on Entrana and protected by a lvl 101 Tree Spirit. Info.

Go to the northwest corner of the swamp to find a Warrior, an Archer, a Wizard, and a Monk standing around a camp-fire.
Speak to the Warrior north-west of Lumbridge Swamp. ( 1•1•1•2)… Go west and click on the tree with the chop option rather than chop-down. Talk to Shamus.
