Sep 1, 2022 · Got to trailhead at 9 on a Tuesday and got the last remaining parking spot. Absolutely gorgeous hike. lots of water crossings and great views on the way up to Diamond Lake. The first half of the hike up to the lower Diamond Lake is easy. Beyond the first lake of becomes much steeper and trail is harder to locate at times.
