This fascinating museum includes displays about his life and working replicas of some of his most famous inventions. Tesla's father was a Serbian Orthodox priest and, sadly, the family house, barn and church on this site were torched during the 1990s war.
Furthermore, outside you can see various exhibits, one is an authentic old barn, the little stream where Nikola Tesla used to play, and for the kid’s there is a futuristic looking children’s playground. The website of the Memorial Centre is very elaborate, has many photographs and even a page where all his patents are collected.
The newly built buildings are: the entrance, the experimental station and multimedia center with an accompanying playground for children. At the entrance of the Birth house there is a stone medallion on the ground that shows all the places that Nikola Tesla lived, worked and visited during his life.
